An Interview with
Esperanza High School Medical Sciences Instructor, Valerie Easton
Reliable Hospice has a long-standing relationship with local high school, Esperanza. The school’s medical sciences academy trains students in healthcare sciences, and their students are perfect candidates to be part of the Reliable Hospice volunteer family. Every year, several students discover the joy and wisdom that comes with the many ways to interact with Reliable Hospice patients, their families, and our office staff. Recently, instructor Valerie Easton explained the benefits of this special collaboration, and told of her experiences across the years watching students grow from their experiences while volunteering. Enjoy!
